My interest in photography began when I was young and has been a constant throughout my life. I still have my first camera.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis on print and photography from Calif. State Univ., Northridge.
Because of my background in journalism I'm very skilled at capturing those special moments as they happen. However, I work to elevate your photos beyond mere documentation. Thus, I consider my style to be "fine-art photojournalism".
Personally, my interests vary greatly. I hold a black belt in American Tang Soo Do and I'm a former martial arts instructor. I love being outdoors and enjoy hiking, camping, rock climbing, and more recently, surfing. I also enjoy working on and driving my 1965 Ford Mustang (time permitting) and spending time with my Labrador Duncan. And of course spending time with my fiance.
